Q: Is my order shipped from the US?
A: Yes, our warehouse is in Charlotte, NC and typically takes 2-3 days to receive via FedEx or USPS.

A: We ship packages at 1:00 PM EST. We typically cannot process your order the same day if it is made after 12PM EST, but we will try.

Q: Do you have phone support or phone ordering?

A: No. We can only accept orders online, we have no phone number at this time.

Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Yes. Products that have the heat seal broken can be returned for a credit on our store. There is a 25% restocking fee. In other words, if you return $100 of products, you will get a $75 credit to use on our shop. You must pay return shipping.

  • More than 80% of the product must still be present to qualify for a return.
  • If a product is unopened, and the original packaging and seal are flawless can be resold, we will offer a 100% store credit on your account.
  • Refused packages that are returned to us may also get a 100% store credit, or a full refund less the shipping and packaging cost.
  • If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase from us, and wish to get a refund instead of a store credit, you must contact our customer support leader:

Q: Do you resell returned products?
A: No. This is against our quality assurance protocol. Returned products are discarded unless they are still sealed and the original packaging is flawless.
